Intellectual property
The drawings, photographs of tattooed pieces and shop visuals on this site belong to Nadoz unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires his prior written agreement.
A design drawn for one person belongs to that person: it is not passed on to anyone else, nor tattooed again on someone else.
Personal data
This site sets no cookies, measures no audience and contains no advertising tracker. No account is created, and no data is collected outside the form below.
It also loads no external resource — fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain alone. Browsing the site therefore sends your IP address to no one but its host.
What is collected, and why
The project form collects, at the initiative of the person filling it in:
- first name, surname, email address and phone number, along with town and phone availability — to get back in touch and arrange the appointment;
- date of birth — first because Nadoz does not tattoo minors, even with parental consent, and second because age is part of assessing the project, skin not reacting the same way at every stage of life;
- the project description, the placement, the dimensions, whether there are other tattoos and whether this is a cover-up — to judge feasibility and the time needed;
- photographs of the area to be tattooed and reference images — to judge the skin, the placement and the intended direction.
This information is used only to answer the request and prepare the project. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the person concerned (article 6.1.b GDPR). Checking that the person is of age answers a professional obligation.
Who receives it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which turns it into an email message. FormSubmit is therefore a technical recipient of the form's contents, attachments included, and may process them outside the European Union. No other third party has access.
Photographs are automatically compressed in the browser before sending: they leave the device at reduced resolution and stripped of their original metadata.
Retention
Requests are kept for the duration of the exchange, then deleted at the latest TO BE COMPLETED — e.g. twelve months after the last contact. Projects that lead to a tattoo are kept for TO BE COMPLETED — period as a record of the piece.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Write to the address given in the site footer; requests are answered within one month.
If a disagreement cannot be settled, a complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority — CNIL, www.cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
Shop terms of sale
The terms below apply only to shop items (engraved plates, tokens, stands, carvings, caps, t-shirts). A tattoo is not sold online: the project form is a request for an appointment, not an order.
Prices
Prices are in euros, including tax — VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code — and exclude delivery. They apply to the pieces exactly as described; a custom piece is quoted separately.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed by email. An order is firm once Nadoz has confirmed that the piece is available, the total price including delivery, and the lead time. Accepted payment methods: TO BE COMPLETED.
Delivery
Delivery area: TO BE COMPLETED. Costs: TO BE COMPLETED. Indicative lead time from payment: TO BE COMPLETED. Collection in person at the studio can be arranged.
Right of withdrawal
For a distance purchase, the buyer has fourteen days from receipt of the piece to withdraw, with no need to give a reason and with no penalty (articles L.221-18 and following of the French consumer code). Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless agreed otherwise.
This right does not apply to pieces made to measure or clearly personalised at the buyer's request (article L.221-28 3° of the French consumer code).
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to the contact address. A model form:
"I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following goods: [description of the piece], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Buyer's name, address and signature. Date."
Guarantees
All pieces carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French consumer code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French civil code). As the pieces are handmade, slight variations in tone, grain or finish between one item and another are not defects.
Mediation
Where a dispute cannot be settled directly, the buyer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Contact details are provided on request at the contact address.
